Terms of Use | More InfoPAYMENT INFORMATION: Payment will be accepted through money order, cashiers check, credit card payment over the phone or through secure online ordering, and payment through Paypal. Indiana residents will be charged 7% tax.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION: Credit card orders will be shipped to the billing address and alternate shipping addresses attached to a credit card only. SimplyCopper.com will contact the issuing bank to verify addresses. Credit card fraud will be reported. SimplyCopper.com will only accept credit cards issued by a U.S. bank.

RETURNED ITEMS: We understand that sometimes you find that the sink ordered does not fit your specifications. Please call for a Return Authorization for up to 7 days after sink delivery. You are responsible for both the shipping and the return shipping charges. You will have that outgoing shipping fee deducted from your refund. This also includes items that are billed as free. All items are subject to 15% restocking fee.

DAMAGED ITEMS: Customer has 7 business days from receipt to report any shortages and 3 days to report damages. If these terms are not met, a return may be denied. Please give us a call is you are not clear on these policies toll free 877-885-9009 or 812-886-4245 Mon.-Fri. 9 to 5 eastern.

SHIPPING: We ship UPS (United Parcel Service). We usually ship same day or next business day. Shipping within the U.S. only.
