Shipping

We ship UPS (United Parcel Service). We usually ship same day or next business day. Shipping within the U.S. only. 

Larger Kitchen sinks are shipped via Fed Ex  Please email for Priority Mail shipping rates and shipping charges outside Continental U.S. Shipping to confirmed billing addresses and addresses attached to credit card only.

Return Policy:

At Simply Copper, we want you to be 100% satisfied. We understand that sometimes things do not fit like you had intended or that it may not look exactly as you anticipated. Our return policy is very straightforward. If it is from our stock and returned in brand new condition (not installed at any time) you will only pay a 15% restocking fee + You are responsible for both the shipping and the return shipping charges.  You will have that outgoing shipping fee deducted from your refund.  This also includes items that are billed as free shipping. You may cancel anytime before the order has shipped and you will not be charged restocking fees. Once the item is shipped all fees will apply on returns..

Customer has 7 business days from receipt to report any shortages and 3 days to report damages. If these terms are not met, a return will be denied.
